Membership Cancellation
In order to cancel a monthly membership, you MUST fill out a cancelation form IN PERSON prior to the 20th of the current month to avoid the following month being charged.
College Holiday Membership
We have a special membership rate for current college students who are home for their Winter Break. From November-January we will offer a membership for only $45 for College students who are Crestwood Residents. You must show a valid college ID when signing up to get this deal.
Silver Sneakers/Renew Active
If you qualify for the following insurance programs, we will accept new memberships. Be sure to provide your silver sneakers or renew active number to register. You may need to call your insurance to have them provide you with this number. The membership includes use of our sport courts, track and fitness center. If you wish to use to pool, hot tub or attend fitness classes, you will need to upgrade your membership for a $60 annual fee for Crestwood residents or $75 for non-residents.
College Summer Membership
We have a special membership rate for current college students who are home for Summer Break. From May-August we will offer a membership for only $45 for Crestwood Residents. You must show a valid college ID when signing up to get this deal.
All Inclusive Membership
Membership privileges include access to the fitness center, the indoor pool (lap swim & water fitness classes), whirlpool, indoor track, sport courts, and locker room.
Aquatic Membership
Membership privileges include access to the indoor pool (lap swim), whirlpool, indoor track, sport courts, and locker room.
Wellness Center Membership
Membership privileges include access to the fitness center, indoor track, sport courts, and locker room.
Police, Fire, and Veterans Membership
Membership privileges include access to the fitness center, indoor track, sport courts, and locker room. Required to prove employment or show military ID.
